What is the duration of the course?

There will be 16 live sessions of 2 hours each on Saturdays & Sundays from 10 AM-12 Noon. The course will run for about 2 months.

How much commitment is required throughout the week?

We will aim to cover the majority of the content in live lectures. There will be some dashboards and presentations that you will be expected to work on apart of these

What are the prerequisites for this course?

SQL (any flavour is fine) and one visualization tool (PowerBI/Tableau/Google Data Studio)

I have learned these tools but don't remember them. Should I still enroll?

We will spend the first 2-3 hours on a refresher of SQL and some other common topics that we will use throughout the course. However, the purpose of this course is to use these tools in a practical setting and not to teach them from scratch although we always aim to simplify every concept.

Which tools will we work with in the course?

We will work with MySQL, PowerBI, Excel and Canva though I don't mind if you use any variation of SQL or any other visualization tool. Our focus will be on problem-solving rather than one particular tool.

What will be the final products of the course?

We will create SQL queries, dashboards and presentations that you can add to your portfolio. We will also discuss how to describe these projects on your resume.
